MY PCOS STORY

         Today's blog is about pcos. Now a days PCOS/PCOD is so comman. 80% girls have a pcos and i am one of those . I had pcos from my periods start . For that i change lot of doctors also.

          My periods start when i am in 7th standard's summer vacation. At that time i tell my mother that i have some blood coming and then my mother tell all about periods before that i don't know about periods. After sometime i know that my periods were not comes regular. So we goto gynecologist and told every thing at that time doctor told me that after 18(age) your periods became regular now it's starting so it happened.

             After that it became a worst day by day my periods were continue coming there no stop whole month. Every day i am in periods i wait that at which day my periods were stop but there no stop. And that affect my study and sports also befor that i play so many games in school but after periods i stop every thing . I am also not focused on study also and that affect my result. At that time periods flow was also so high. I change every 2 hours and for that heavy blood flow i lose weight and HB level also down at that time my HB level was only 7 at that time doctor told that also if the HB level go more down we have to give you a blood.

            After one year i go to hostel for my study. There also no change in my periods but became more worst. When i have to goto some where in vacation at that time i am shure i had periods.because of the irregular periods i don't enjoy my life every time i take tension and that is not good if you have a pcos then please don't take tension. Tension is worst for pcos.

             Because of the irregular periods i had to take medicine for regular periods. That medicine was 21 day medicine in that you have to take medicine for 21 day without any break it comes with day if you forget any day you have to start again form first day .that medicine help me for no periods to whole month but the side effects for medicine was i feel seek after i take that i feel something stuck in my throat and also it gave me weight gain also . I gain almost 8 to 9 kg so i stop taking that medicine and i stick to periods every day now that was fine for me but not medicine.

            Now i changed the doctor and that doctor suggest me to go for sonography and in my sonography i had know that i had a pcos now doctor told me to focus on my lifestyle your periods was regular when you merry some and your hormones change after that your periods was regular that also may be not sure.

             When i start some basic exercise there was a change my pcos was control day by day . So for pcos best exercise is yoga. Yoga help alot to you if you have a pcos/ PCOD try this it works. You have to change your life style to a healthy life that will help you there is no alternative for this. Yes my periods are regular now after marriage but sometimes its not but now its a lot better then before. You have to be happy then every thing will be good with you.
