My 22 sep 2020 blog

 Hello every one i am here to shar my today blog. I am wakeup today at 9.30 am .and start my day with some household work. I also feel low today not an happy mood now a days i don't know way but i have mood swing . I thing this is because of my thyroid . Then i make brakfast today we eat in uttapam. We like that with coconut chatani . After that i spent sone time for my self and i really enjoy that time. Come back to the work its lunch time i made karela mix daal and roti .mix daal is my favourite it test so yummy try once you also love that.because we have heavy brakfast so we didn't eat the lunch but dont worry we use that in our dinner .don't throw food if you didn't need give to some one how need this yaar . I shar with you a vada recipe: Take 2 cup of urad daal and sock over 5 to 6 hour. My day of 20th sep

 Hello i am payal and i am housewife so today i share with you all my Saturday life that not always same but yesterday what i do that u share.  We wake up late around 9am and we decided last night that our breakfast was South indian so i make idli and meduvada medu vada is not so easy but i made it but i forget to add salt in vada that test any way good i made it first time at home we like south indian food our breakfast is done and we enjoy alot. Now we plan for shift our house so we connect some of them and we plan to check how was that and how look and all but its started rain and plan was fail we wait till 5 pm and not stop so we cancel our plan but at around 6.30 pm rain stop and we were going to see near by one but in middle only rain start s again . We were wet complitly but we saw that flat but the rent is so high we saw 2bhk and rent is 25k banglore is so expansive and we come back and plan to go on Sunday to See some other we started from the September beginning but we didn&#

My sunday routine

Hello everyone today is sunday and also chill day for me i do household work but at my time i relax on sunday we also wakeup late and our brakfast is kind of branch in sunday we skip the lanch and in our branch we eat Bhakhri or aloo paratha or sometimes Idali vada or uttapam Sunday branch is my favorite after that now we planning to shift our home so after branch we were going to see some house but we didn't like any of them we sent 3 to 4 hours but didn't make out from there we comeback and i do my work and grab some sandwich and chai after that i take some rest and watch gang os wasepur move i like it for dinner we plan for frid rice and manchurian we love that to if you want to know the racipe of branch or dinner than late me know i will share with you in next blog ok thats how my Sunday looks like ok so bye. MY PCOS STORY

         Today's blog is about pcos. Now a days PCOS/PCOD is so comman. 80% girls have a pcos and i am one of those . I had pcos from my periods start . For that i change lot of doctors also.           My periods start when i am in 7th standard's summer vacation. At that time i tell my mother that i have some blood coming and then my mother tell all about periods before that i don't know about periods. After sometime i know that my periods were not comes regular. So we goto gynecologist and told every thing at that time doctor told me that after 18(age) your periods became regular now it's starting so it happened.              After that it became a worst day by day my periods were continue coming there no stop whole month. Every day i am in periods i wait that at which day my periods were stop but there no stop. And that affect my study and sports also befor that i play so many games in school but after periods i stop every thing . I am also not focused on study also a

My morning routine

          Hello every one i am here to do a daily blogging.This blog is my first blog i try to give you some motivation daily. The motivation is for healthy life style.how you start your health life style.          I am also same like you but i try from last 3 to 4 month for my healthy life style and it give me motivation to do my daily work.from that i also feel good and energetic. there was not so much change i include is little bit but we have to start from some where right.          I wake up at 7 and start my day with warm water .warm water also gives you a glow after taking water i do some yoga or exercise depend on my mood in yoga i love to do suryanamskar this is a major change in my life if i dont do exercise or yoga i dont feel good i feel like something is missing.if you dont able to do yoga or exercise you can walk a minimum half an hour.or if you lIke you can run or do jogging also.
