My morning routine

          Hello every one i am here to do a daily blogging.This blog is my first blog i try to give you some motivation daily. The motivation is for healthy life style.how you start your health life style.

         I am also same like you but i try from last 3 to 4 month for my healthy life style and it give me motivation to do my daily work.from that i also feel good and energetic. there was not so much change i include is little bit but we have to start from some where right.

         I wake up at 7 and start my day with warm water .warm water also gives you a glow after taking water i do some yoga or exercise depend on my mood in yoga i love to do suryanamskar this is a major change in my life if i dont do exercise or yoga i dont feel good i feel like something is missing.if you dont able to do yoga or exercise you can walk a minimum half an hour.or if you lIke you can run or do jogging also. But please do some kind of activity .

        For healthy life you have to know your body you have to do some struggle but after some day it happened and you known your body how it react at which time.

          After i done with exercise then i goto make my brakfast that is a first meel of the day .brakfast is important meel for the day that give you energy for your whole day.I eat fruits and milk in the brakfast or some times i eat poha,upma,paratha you can eat what you want. If you feel simple brakfast than you can eat fruits only but if you are brakfast lover than you can eat poha upma idli vada paratha anything but in portion. After that i do my household work by the way i am a housewife. I also love painting so i do painting after i completed my work .i am not a pro but i want to.

           So for today i think this is enough take care.
